Close The Witnessing Gap.

Close the Witnessing Gap…

Dance the whole dance out.

Be fully fearful.

Be fully depressed.

Be fully hurt.

Be fully upset.

Be completely and utterly the very thing you don’t want to be, and in being it you’ll get so intimate with yourself that you begin an inner lovemaking.

And yes, it may come again…

Be it again.

This time you’ll know it.

You’ll know it like an old friend whose visit is temporary, so you give them your full presence.

Close the witnessing gap.

This is love.

Like the way a mother loves her screaming baby.

She holds her.

She tends to her.

She listens for what she needs.

She rides the discomfort with her, and she shares her pain.

Eventually, she soothes…

This is love.

Nothing is excluded.

Nothing.

Exclude nothing from your being, and you’ll be able to make love where you once felt only rejection.

Compassion grows in you, and you gift others with this blessing.
