About…
Juliette was a Hatha Yoga Teacher for 10 years and qualified as a Yoga Therapist in Nasik, India, before embarking on her training in body-based psychotherapy. She has had the privilege of sitting with many great meditation teachers, guiding us to a place of wholeness, where we are all well, even amidst our very real human pain and sorrow. She marries this depth with her Hakomi-informed training, which is a form of psychotherapy that focuses more on the art of not having a conversation.
Her journey, therefore, has been one of re-entering the body and understanding what it means for this to be a safe space for unravelling our patterns in a movement towards integration and the ‘felt sense’ of wholeness; as a doorway into the deeper realisation of the true I, our essence identity.
Spirituality alone did not help her see through her maladaptive patterns, which contribute to her suffering. Psychotherapy alone did not help her with feeling less than whole. Together, they have been the alchemical antidote for her healing, which she is now passionate about sharing:
Self-Actualisation and Self-Realisation.
Some of us dream of being the most authentic, fullest expression of ourselves, and some of us embody it.
