The Mirror of Relationship
Somatic sensing sessions work with your blueprint - what’s in your field of being that is stuck and blocked.
I don’t work with your story, I work with your body signals.
Our brains are conscious of only about 5% of what drives our behaviour.
For the other 95% we need a mirror.
You can’t tell me of your 95%, it is, by nature, unconscious. I can’t tell you mine.
Until that is, someone helped us see.
We are our own storehouse of wisdom, but an eye cannot see itself.
Somatic sensing is a friendly mirror so the unhealed parts of the self can be met and moved on from.
Often, we are unaware that we are unhealed in places.
But there are signals: apathy, depression, anxiety, fear, anger, irritation, broken relationships, etc.
I think it’s useful to share that my training isn’t a typical hierarchical therapist & client set up.
We have been trained in a way to be the client in equal measure to the therapist.
In other words, we’ve walked the walk, we’ve crossed the sea of despair, we’ve met the little one inside, we’ve realised our capacity for healing, we’ve refelt our innocence and childlike joy, we’ve cried, got angry, settled unfinished business and most of all, experienced being held by an attuned other whilst we self study.
And…
It’s always ongoing.
We are forever students of our own mastery.
