Unlocking the Lost Self…

Unlocking the Lost Self: Access to Genius

Your personality was never yours. It’s a reflection, moulded by the mirror of your environment—how the world responded to you formed what you believe to be acceptable or unacceptable.

You hid what was unwelcome and adapted to show what was welcome.

Persona = Mask

It was always going to be this way.

No one’s fault.

The natural order of things.

Meanwhile, the authentic self has been exiled somewhere far out in the unconscious—to keep it safe from harm.

Our spirit is very closely related to our authentic self—

A sense of lightness and ease.

Love.

When we keep our disowned and unclaimed self in the basement, we lose our spirit.

When you bring the back to the front (i.e., aspects of you that you hide—even from yourself),

When we bring the dark side—the shadow side, which really means the side of our psyche not lit up by our conscious awareness, into the light of awareness,

Not only do we see the parts of ourselves we tried not to be,

The parts that are abhorrent to us,

The parts like those we reject and judge in others—

We also find our lost gifts, our inherent beauty, our core competencies,

And we regain our innocence.

The original sin: the loss of one’s essence.

All is not lost…

Exiled, maybe.

Not lost.

Once we bring these lost parts into the light, the self-concept (the mask) falls away all by itself.

The authentic self reigns supreme.

When we have integrated the opposites—the other end of the spectrum to what we said we are—

In other words, what we have rejected as “not me,”

All those things outside our self-concept—

We restore the balance.

We experience inner harmony.

Often, what we’ve hidden IS our innocence & beauty to keep us safe in a harsh world.

It’s in this equilibrium that we can access our genius.

Everyone is a GENIUS.

Some claimed.

Some unclaimed.

So, here I am, shining a light on the dark side of the moon—To show you that your whole 3D self, not just your 2D front,

When integrated, culminates in Self-Actualisation.

Your WHOLE self is now available.

The EMBODIED experience of the space within yourself—pure potentiality.

It’s within this realisation of pure potential that your authentic self arises.

A natural expression of Genius.

Like stars, planets, flowers, the ocean—absolute miracles.

If you have the capacity to listen, to be humbled, to be 100% surrendered to the process,

Then the transcendent dimension opens in you.

Access to your higher wisdom.

Self-Realisation.

You are a genius.

You have access to intelligence that hasn’t yet taken form.

You are here to access that wisdom and bring it into form—for us all to share.

Shadows seem scary—until you realise that the worst thing hiding in there is a little child with someone else’s voices in their head,

Who, to them, are demons.

They need you—as a capable adult—to soothe their fears and help them see through their bad dreams.

Work with the unconscious can be very painful,

And very, very liberating—

To the point where it becomes fascinating.

Just imagine a world of Genius…

“In every work of genius we recognise our own rejected thoughts; they come back to us with a certain alienated majesty.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

———————————

I work with the unconscious because in there are often the sweetest parts of ourselves.

Wholeness in here creates wholeness out there.

Separation in here creates division out there.
